Position: Senior Manager - Business Development Expectations: Minimum of 12 To 16 years’ experience in hard core Business Development on both IT & ITES core. Need managerial Experience by handling a relevant team within Business Development lifecycle. Objective: Primarily responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships and making sensible business decisions. Role is to identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings. To focus / create reasonable plan ways to grow the business, identify areas of client needs, manage and participate in business negotiations / review, by getting appropriate Top Management Approvals.
