Responsible for the compliance of all services provide to BIAL. Assure on-going compliance with latest local laws, aviation laws, airport bylaws, operations manuals and Standard Operation Procedures compliance via internal audit and 3rd party audits
Assist the Quality Compliance Manager to implement and coordinate all Quality Compliance activities in all business units. Assure on-going compliance with latest local laws, aviation laws, airport bylaws, operations manuals and SOPs.
Review the internal control environment and report on the strength or otherwise of internal controls. Complete the Risk and Control Matrix, through a thorough understanding of business processes and related operational risks.
Conducts in-depth discussions with customers regarding the Technology strategy and key challenge Perform required network data analysis and define rule to extract information as per the network topology of mobile network (MSS/MGW/STP/CTC/DSC/USFW)
Professional Experience A minimum of 6 -8 years of progressive experience in an enterprise ICT environment, with at least 2 years of demonstrated ICT Governance and/or Strategy experience in an ICT enterprise organisation.
Be the end to end owner of product – manage the business case, identify value proposition, define the customer experience build out product requirements, launch plan. Liaise with banking partners, merchants and their tech team to integrate product.
