A Relationship Manager's Job includes building positive relationships with customers while at the same time assisting with generating new business. The relationship manager will be required to identify opportunities for greater profits too. The candidate will have to look into preserving trusting relationships with all the customers. S/he will also be called upon to find ways to outperform competition and maintain the organization's positive image.
