We are looking for Sr. Manager Real Estate for Mumbai location. Having detailed knowledge of Rental and primary sale process and experience in handling a team of 10+ executive. Should be able to drive the numbers along with corporate sale.
1 to 3 Years for Executive & 3 to 5 Years for Sr. Executive Level on Real Estate / Club membership / Holiday Resort membership / Financial Investments / concept selling having proven track record of achievements
1. Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales. 2. Offer customized portfolio solutions to NRI clients based on their risk/ return and liquidity profile. 3. Maximize revenue generation and lead closures.
• Research the market and related products for possible business opportunities • Present the product favorably and in a structured professional way face to face • Maintain & Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone call
