- Handle entire HR Ops for international employees, including but not restricted to : - Employee joining formalities - On-boarding formalities. - Employee engagement - Query resolution - Phone / Mail - Compensation processing and management
- Responsible for entire HR Ops for employees across Europe and Americas. - Effective & Efficient Management of team handling complete lifecycle - Joining till exit, incl. Payroll processing. - Top Level internal & external stake holder management.
