The position is a mix of interacting with customers while working across the organization internally, in alignment with execution on Mobile Signalling Portfolio, to enable International Roaming for Mobile Subscribers.
Service Executive will be responsible to technically handle the Commercial Vehicle Zone and build relationship with customers, making strategies and activities to increase the footfall/revenue in the commercial vehicle zone.
Responding to customer queries. identifying customer needs and providing accurate, valid and complete information. Creating the Purchase Order in our CRM and arranging the invoicing and payment collection from the customers.
Analyze customers wants and needs to effectively recommend corresponding products and services. Explain the features and benefits of each automobile on the lot. Inform customers about special promotions and current sales. Negotiate fair and profit
Proven Direct, Consultative selling experience in technology • 7+ years working in property and casualty insurance, including understanding of regulatory environments • 5+ years of sales, Inside Sales and/or functional experience
