Handling customer queries, issues, complaints, and questions via a call or e-mail providing support as per procedural documentation and relevant reports. Communicating with staff/ clients as per defined workflows/ procedures/ on the fly decisions
Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Preparation of cash flow projections. Knowledge of banking activities and related accounting. Manage import & export documentation, fema compliance. Manage payment to be done under a1 route for import of goods into india including payment of advances
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: Month and end-year process. Accounts payable/receivable. Cash receipts. General ledger. Payroll and utilities. Treasury, budgeting. Cash forecasting. Revenue and expendit
