The RCD Operations Support role will specialize in expediting the talent onboarding & active talent maintenance process. They will contribute to the execution of all work processes of the business unit directly by supporting its operational goals.

1 to 3 Yrs. of experience in Banking / Financial Services – Back Office/voice operations, preferably in cards operations with an International Bank covering Customer Onboarding / Card Application Processing / Information Security Administration
Enable the company to develop a fortified relationship with the vendor. Responsible for making vendors feel that they add value and are an integral part of the company. Ensure a smooth, hassle-free onboarding process would attract good vendors
