Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, other IT hardware, software and networking. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.
The Technical Lead is responsible leading technical team in delivering specific modules of an IT system with quality, within scope and to ensure deliverables are on time and conform to processes and standards meeting customer’s requirements.
* PC Maintenance, repair, and client facing experience (very important)
* Advanced manual malware removal skills
* Ability to diagnose and repair basic issues in the Microsoft Windows and Mac OS environment
* Microsoft - MCP, MCSA, MCTP, etc
