• Define NOC knowledgebase, procedures and documentation • Provide training to existing NOC staff • Advanced experience with SolarWinds monitoring software. • Good Knowledge on SolarWinds implementation and configuration.
Strong understanding and experience with leading ITSM/ITOM platform (preferably – BMC ITSM Helix & Digital Workspace) Experience in ITSM tools implementations, configurations and integrations with 3rd party applications
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the ServiceNow platform as a systems administrator and/or developer, including the administration, configuration, development and customization of core applications in an enterprise environment
