Integrated Management System (IMS) job candidates help design software that aids in not just facilitating the storage and its organization but also the retrieval of information for companies. They assist in helping the company prepare by checking the effectiveness, implement the policies and procedures to maintain themselves for IMS certification. An IMS Job candidate has to coordinate and consult with other departments, prepare standard operating procedures, recommend improvement if any, in the company to help with the certification. They also have to conduct regular audits to evaluate and monitor different processes and areas for compliances and recommend steps for improving the Integrated Management System and maintaining the certification. An IMS job candidate has to prepare training and presentation modules to help promote awareness to all individuals within the company on the existing policies and procedures. They are also responsible for maintaining the records and documents of the HSEQ departments and updating the same on the intranet. S/he should have a good analysis of issues and concerns regarding organizational systems and procedures. An IMS Job candidate must have a bachelor's degree and has to undergo IMS related training. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and should be able to communicate with people across organizational structures with ease.
