- Handle entire HR Ops for international employees, including but not restricted to : - Employee joining formalities - On-boarding formalities. - Employee engagement - Query resolution - Phone / Mail - Compensation processing and management
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
