The Support Analyst is responsible for providing support to server infrastructure, LAN WAN networks and VMWare by answering questions or resolving problems in person, via telephone or from a remote location.
Junior engineers at entry level, supporting cloud-based IT environments. Responsibilities like front line engineers for monitoring and identifying issues, correcting and enhancing systems operations & Know-how of AWS/AZURE/GCP are expected.
Install, configure, update and troubleshoot services for customers, such as RedHat Linux OS level concerns, web server, database server, applications server and mail; includes Nginx, Apache, PHP, RHCS clustering, MySQL, FTP, SSH and DNS.
Night shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via phone, email and other electronic mediums Provide web based training Provide feedback on improvement opportunities based on current product behavior in field
