You will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with sales executives for lead generation.
The candidate will be responsible for handling the full cycle of bench sales recruitment. i.e from sourcing job requirements from prime vendors, vendors, clients to submitting the bench consultants, negotiating the best rates.
Making cold calls, taking appointments and meeting clients to discuss about products, generating new leads, Closer, follow up till the product is delivered to client, payment follow-ups, meet sales target set by manager.
