We are looking for a Lead - HR Operations for solving personnel-related matters and ensure we use our resources beneficially. Lead - HR Operations responsibilities include managing payroll, employee engagement & employee relations.
Lead multiple sized projects as team member or lead to implement new functionalities and improve existing functionalities including articulating, analyzing requirements and translating them into effective solutions
• Configure and process experience on employee central/ERP US Payroll, Configure and process (Gross to Net) • Analyse business requirements • Payroll with integration success factors- Employee Central • Test Strategy and planning
• Maintain and monitor Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and eBay accounts • Ensuring Amazon Seller Account is in great shape • Be able to determine and take action on negative product and seller feedbacks
