Are you looking for a Branch Manager Job? If yes, there are aplenty opportunities in the market. As a branch manager, you would be responsible for all of the tasks of a branch location. This would mean that you would need to hire employees, oversee the approval of loans apart from the lines of credit. Marketing function would also be an inherent part of a Branch Manager's job. You would also need to build a rapport with the community to attract business and assist with customer relations. Apart from that, you need to make sure that the upkeep of the branch is managed properly. Liaising with the respective teams for effective and efficient Fraud Management is also an inherent part of the Branch Manager's job. Ensuring the submission of MIS reports on time is also a must. Safety and security of the branch personnel is another aspect that the Branch Manager needs to look into.
With a focus on continuous revenue generation for his/her respective branch, the Branch Manager should be adept in cross-selling too. Maintaining the balance sheet as well as the P&L statement is part of the Branch Manager's KRA.
