- Ability to communicate complex issues in a friendly and easy to understand format Significant attention to detail - To proactively identify opportunities to improve the service performance and inform immediate Supervisor. - Respond to inbound Luxury calls and effectively consult customers or prospective customers regarding products. - Responsible to effectively handle customer calls and provide appropriate level of service and issue resolution according to company guidelines while providing a superior customer experience. - Appropriately escalate customer issues as and when necessary according to guidelines. - To complete & meet all customers requests as per defined guidelines - Ensure FTR on calls and provide end to end resolution to avoid repeat calls from customers
