Job Description:

Primary Purpose for the Position: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence


Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Key Responsibilities :

1. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
2. Planning New market launch and prepartions
3. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s Retailer base
4. Manpower planning, managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

Required Functional Competencies:

  • Sales Planning and budgeting, Infrastruture planning and execution, manpower planning, sales promotion (BTL)
  • Experience (Total in Years): 7-10 Yrs
  • Educational Qualifications: Graduate
  • Relevant Experience (in Years): Min 3-5 years
  • Professional Qualifications: MBA
