Cards Fincon Budget Ensure achievement of Cards Target against Fincon Budgets of each Area Head /Sales Manager. Ensuring achievement of Cards target by the Cluster / region assigned. Meeting CHs / Circle Heads / Zonal Heads / Regional Heads of the Branch Banking team and other assigned Channels to periodically review business performance and Branch Staff Productivity. Ensuring 100% Branch Visitation by SMs and the same is recorded and Monitored by reviewing Cogent. Team Management and Productivity. Drive productivity of the team assigned and ensuring each & every resource is productive Including BDRs. To coach, mentor and motivate the team to enhance productivity, conduct training and refresher sessions of Sales Managers and HDB staff. Ensure right product mix with Focus on WL sourcing for better approval rates. Keeping Cost of Acquisition within prescribed levels by driving desired productivity of teams To drive X Sell Drive X Sell like Smart Pay, GHI, Forex Card, One Assist, Debit Card upgrades, SmartHub ME App,etc through the team. Ensure each and every team member is active on X sell products keeping in mind the Card activation Objective. Working on Asset / Liability Cross-sell for deepening of customer relationships. Channel Engagement Interact closely with internal teams like AFU / Risk / product teams to improve approval rates and sourcing of right customers. Take Corrective action as and when required. Updating Retail Branch Banking Channel/Other assigned Channels on the Budgets vs Achievement for Cards business periodically. Training Retail Branch Banking staff on products and features to simplify the process to onboard Customers. Increase penetration on Eligible base in coordination with Branch Banking. Review Cogent / Meeting updates done with Branch Banking for Business & performance. Adherence to sales processes Zonal Sales Manager has to ensure the adherence of sales processes laid by the management. Managing hygiene parameters like FTNR / Gross Approval Rate & TAT. Abiding by the ethics for sales as per the laid down norms of the Bank.
