Job Description

1.Wintel L2 / L3 Support.
4- 8 + years of experience as Wintel System Administrator to oversee activities related to the installation and monitoring of client applications and systems (Windows / VMware). The Wintel System Administrator will determine applicable system revisions or updates in accordance with appropriate operating procedures. Additionally, the Wintel System Administrator will be responsible for configuring, tuning, maintaining, and monitoring Windows Enterprise Servers.
WINTEL SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR – DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Install, configure, tune, maintain, and monitor Windows 2003/2008 Enterprise server
* Provide Windows server administration within an Active Directory environment
* Use monitoring tools to oversee multiple Wintel systems operating within a defined support operations area
* Troubleshoot Wintel systems with remote technology such as iDRAC and RDP
* Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and review customer relations service improvement programs
* Implement core business processes and assist the client with process improvement initiatives
* Recommend changes to policies and establish immediate procedures
* Interact with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers
* Leverage business, technical, and interpersonal skills to manage centre operations, customers, and operations personnel
* Coordinate and communicate with other area managers to leverage resources and discuss solutions
* Provide continuous training and develop policies and procedures
* Analyze, log, track, and resolve complex issues pertaining to networking connectivity issues, printers, Windows servers, and applications
* Coordinate hardware and software installations, as well as upgrades
* Isolate and diagnose common Wintel system problems and document system events to ensure continuous functioning
* Coordinate and monitor troubleshooting, testing, upgrades, and configuration of Wintel (Windows / VMware) system files and services
* Prepare for and prescribe approaches to possible downstream implications
* Utilize standard corporate tools to record change and problem activities
* Good communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

2.
EXCHANGE L2 Support
JD:
10+ years of experience implementing & Handling complex ENV of Exchange
2007/2013 & 2016 or 2019
Subject Matter Expert on Exchange including architecture, (re)design, deployment, DR, backup and HA
Maintain overall health and administration for Microsoft Exchange Server
2013 or above infrastructure
Exchange infrastructure environment, documentation guide for Tier 1 or Tier 2 Analyst, Tier II Support, Server upgrades, Performance Optimization/Monitoring, Capacity Planning for the following components:
- Mailbox Servers
- Web Services (CAS)
- Other servers required for Exchange to function (i.e. DAG, Hub/Transport, CAS, Edge, etc.)
- ISA Reverse Proxy Servers
