Job Description

Compiles and distributes and analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly call center performance reports.
Prepares and reviews analyses of all billings and sales/collection activities.
Responsible for the creation and on going management/maintenance of a database of all errors.
Forecasts for all business partners and find solutions for improving metrics, along with making recommendations on how to increase or improve productivity.
Matches staffing to workload arrival patterns, planning schedules, maintaining accurate staffing data, assisting with long-range staffing plans, collaborating on OPA decisions/reporting, and handling multiple tasks aimed at meeting/exceeding ongoing service level and occupancy objectives.
prepare accurate and timely FORECASTS in a high volume contact center, also required to prepare CAPACITY PLANNING, SCHEDULING AND ANALYTICS.
Work closely with the dialer analyst and ensure accuracy, efficiency of the campaigns run.
Work with real-time team to optimize operational performance on a daily basis Monitor performance
Long-range forecasts (hiring requirements)
Effectively communicate observations to Senior Management to ensure timely critical resolution/action.
Work with remote call centers, including outsource partners, in a centralized Command Center environment.
