Able to do Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, Follow up.
• Strong sourcing experience Naukri, Monster & Linkedin.
• Searching for candidates from our database/Headhunting/ Social Networking.
• Preliminary screening / Shortlisting of candidates through telecon / F2F .
• Take care of Documentations, Negotiations, offer approvals, Rolling out Offer Letter.
• Handle Volume hiring, Walk-ins, Campus drives Take care of Lateral hiring.
• Coordination project managers, Mass mailing, Job posting etc
• Able to do multi-tasking.
• Managing internship programs.
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Work Location: Pune.
