• Should be able to escalate the issues to the clients via email/calls and follow up till closure.
• Should be well versed the IT Helpdesk Tools.
• Should be able to Handle Windows server configurations.
• Should be well versed with Active Directory, exchange and other objects.
• Should be able to handle other server roles like – DNS, DHCP, Print servers.
• Candidate should be able resolve IT issues on the fly.
• Should be able to troubleshoot Site-to-site VPN issues.
• Should be capable to handling internal VPN issues.
• Should be well versed in Documentation, logical and Physical Diagrams.
• Should have expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for the Presentations.
• Open for working in Night Shift and extra hours (if required)
