Things to remember while entering the campus :

ü Keep your double dose vaccination certificate handy while entering campus. There will be random checks at the gate by the Security team
ü would need to produce valid negative RT-PCR report (72 hours) in case of single vaccination or if they have travelled between states despite being dual vaccinated ü Please wear masks, & follow Covid protocols

Purpose of the Role:

At Infosys BPM, End to End Category Management team supports onshore Category Managers through Sourcing and Sourcing Support, contract execution, and risk management activities, to influence decisions and meet challenging business needs.

Education & Experience:
· Good to have: Sourcing domain
· Minimum 1+ years of experience in sourcing support

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Indirect category expertise
· Supporting Category Managers with sourcing initiatives.
· RFX Management and Execution: Analyzing Historical trends of the supplier spend, preparing RFQ's/RFP's and RFI's documents.
· Analysis of Quotes, RFQ pricing analysis. Commercial bid evaluation and comparison of bids received from Vendors
· Contract Management: Liaise with suppliers and category managers in executing the contract.
· Planned and structured follow-up with all stakeholders (including suppliers)
· SLA Compliance & Process Compliance
· Bringing value through innovative thinking & Process Re- Engineering

Skills required:
· Knowledge of SAP, Ariba
· Must be extremely proficient with all PC applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Strong project management skills.
· Excellent analytical skills, analyze and summarize cost data.
· Must be an effective communicator with outstanding English communications skills, speak conversational English. Must be able to lead meetings/conference calls and give presentations to large audiences. Must have excellent writing skills.
· Strong leadership skills.
· Must be very organized to assure all tasks are completed in a timely manner based on Client needs and the tasks are recorded, monitored and closed out in an efficient manner
· Must be self-motivated and pro-active.

· Execute end-to-end strategic sourcing activities in accordance with the Client Procurement policy and provide excellence throughout the process analyzing information, delivering sourcing strategies, identifying requirements and opportunities, negotiating terms and conditions, and contracting products and/or services;
· Work with Technology related stakeholders and business leaders to continuously identify opportunities for the organization within the category;
· Be an advocate of the Procurement policy and relevant processes to facilitate more efficient and effective methods of getting value for money;
· Adherence to and incorporate Client Procurement policy and processes, including collaboration with Acquisition team, Legal (GCO), Risk Management, IT, other Procurement categories as appropriate;
· Coordinate, gather, develop, and share subject matter expertise through the various channels;
· Drive an inclusive and sustainable sourcing mindset to build a better working world;
· Complete procurement diagnostic of supplier spend in nominated Client country/countries. Including tail spend, and identifying better ways to facilitate sourcing activities;
· Produce recommendations/options (while identifying associated benefits e.g. commercial, product/service value, risk mitigation and insights) for an efficient long-term procurement support model, capturing procurement and supplier spend management activities;
· Provides structured management and accurate progress reporting during regular meetings;
· Minimize contractual risks to Client and manage supplier relationships according to Client's Procurement and Independence policies;
· Act as a trusted business advisor to Client stakeholders, aligning procurement projects with the business pipeline and providing Exceptional Customer Services while delivering both brand and quantitative value to the bottom line through cost savings and cost avoidance.

Skills and attributes for success :
· Experience in Procurement in a collaborative, high-performance environment and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Technology Software / Software as a Service category; 1+ year of Merger & Acquisition Procurement experience is desired
· Must have work experience evaluating vendors, the marketplace and negotiating contracts
· Significant sourcing expertise throughout the end-to-end Procurement life cycle;
· Strong communication skills; written, verbal and presentation;
· Strong business acumen in order to drive results and ability to link business needs to sourcing strategies;
· Innovative/forward thinker with ability to manage, operate, lead in an ambiguous environment
· Assertive in sharing ideas, clear and concise, and seek to build relationships across a wide range of stakeholder audiences;
· Strong process improvement and project management skills, including the ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
· High levels of EQ and cultural awareness to build relationships, align efforts, and effectively influence;

· Managing and reporting sourcing projects with experience in some e-RFx/Auction tool, and execution of online RFX and e-Auctions;

· Respect for others and a desire to work as a team with stakeholders and the Procurement team.

Other Requirements :

· Excellent oral and written communication skills in business English;
· Experience working in a global organization is preferred.
