Qualification:
  • Process Executive: Any Graduate(2017 / 2018 pass outs & 2019 candidates are eligible (without any active backlogs).
  • Senior Process Executive: Any Graduate
Experience :
  • Process Executive: 0 – 11 months
  • Senior Process Executive: 1 – 4 years

Job Description
Introduction:

We are hiring for International Voice Support executive Position based out at Gurgaon.
Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls and customer service enquiries
• Identify and assess customer’s needs.
• Work with the team to resolve issues
• Conduct quality monitoring on voice calls and chats
• Follow up to ensure necessary actions are taken to resolve customer issues
• Maintain and prepare activity reports
Requirements:

• Mandatory Skills/Experience-

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Candidates must be willing to work in Voice process.
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts.
  • Candidates applying for Senior Process Executive should have 1+ years of experience in International voice process
  • Candidates applying for Process Executive should have 0-11 months of experience.
