We have an urgent opening for the Post of 'VP Sales/BD', for our client 'Sirius D & E', for 'Delhi' location.

Experience: 8-12 years in Sales from Real Estate Industry.
Salary: up to Rs. 18 LPA (depending on experience, skills & current or last salary)

Reporting to: Managing Partner
Position Summary:
The VP, Business Development is a highly collaborative, influential, and experienced senior leader responsible for initiating and closing sales opportunities, which significantly accelerate Real Estate Growth and profitability and help fulfill the company’s vision to transform the real estate experience. This position achieves these goals by developing and implementing the company’s business development strategy and tactics.
Person should be having a good network with developer to secure business and mandates having knowledge of commercial, retail and residential real estate.

Education & Experience
• Should have 8-12 years of experience in Residential sales
Experience in real estate sales, business development & techno commercial operations.
Excellence in Interfacing with key influencers for assessing requirements, making
presentations and delivering and negotiating with clients and optimizing revenues.
An excellent performer with consultative sales style, negotiation skills, exceptional
solving abilities and keen client assessment aptitude.
Deft at tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering technical guidance
to the clients and negotiate (commercially) for the orders.
A consistent performer with demonstrated skills in increasing revenue & streamlining
Expertise in Relationship Management, developing relationship with existing and
prospective Clients.
Growth in sales Volumes in terms of value as well as quantity keeping in margins and
Effective in utilizing resources, improving processes to achieve customer satisfaction.
Post graduate with excellent presentation & communication skills with minimum 8 years experience in handling HNI clients.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Candidate will be responsible to:
• Assess market and further foray into different asset classes
•Manage PnL for the existing asset classes and develop business for them
• For the commercial assets, build tie ups with corporates
• Oversee design aspects to optimize space use
• Driving the marketing, sales and leasing and tenant management
• Understanding of financial modeling and project management
• Understanding of local by-laws What's on Offer
• Lead company's planning and execution of strategies to increase sales and company growth.
• Manage business development and sales staff.
• An opportunity to head existing business and start new verticals
