Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - Human Resources!
The Technology business has initiated a journey of internal transformation as we have organized into Practices focusing on Application & Infrastructure Management Services, Enterprise Applications and AI-led automation (Autonomous enterprise) to help accelerate growth across the portfolio. The business operates in the entire spectrum of industries that Genpact operates in the above Practice areas. We see the technology business in Genpact today preparing for a massive surge and rapid growth.
We are looking for senior HR leaders with experience in Technology Services who are excited about the opportunity to take on a role that will have a multiplier effect in growing a scalable Technology Transformation business for Genpact
Prepare and implement HR plan and strategy (as per the larger goals and priorities) for the Technology Services business at to achieve growth and profitability at global scale.
Interface/ engage with prospective/ existing client stakeholder to present convincing people capability/ create promoters to enable business growth.
Interact with HR Leaders of horizontals/ functions/ overseas regions to establish and visibly demonstrate unified sales and delivery organization that combines the best of vertical depth and horizontal expertise
Participate in inorganic growth initiatives like Rebadging/ M & A from due diligence to integration to ensure envisaged business benefits are realized.
Participate in client interactions and RFP discussions to facilitate fresh business growth
Staffing and talent management
Design and implement organization structure and staff the positions aligning sales and delivery organization to enable growth of account.
Review talent capability and implement interventions to create talent pool to enable distinctive sales and delivery capability
Operating excellence and rigor
Advise COO and BL on people matters, health of operations and change management to ensure leadership communication, reality check and operating rigor.
Monitor HR governance globally for the vertical across delivery centers and horizontals and make timely intervention to achieve improvements in business and people metrics (e,g. C & B cost, span/ bench/ supervisory/ etc.).
Ensuring the rigor around people agenda across businesses and locations
Employer of choice
Ensure implementation of HR systems and processes (e.g., engagement practices, performance management, session C, succession planning) to achieve employee motivation, productivity, and retention (e.g., internal promotions of 60-70%, employee retention of 80-85%, etc.).
Coach operating leaders/ managers in enhancing their effectiveness as leaders to build and sustain Genpact culture.
Provide guidance and support to the team of HR Managers in proactive solutions to the business challenges.
Drive Employee Value Proposition across businesses and locations with specific initiatives and frameworks
Qualifications we seek in you!
Understanding of business planning, OP, finance, business model, cost, and price structure, how does the business make money
Understanding of client business, relationship skills and knowledge of outsourcing value chain
Experience in working with senior leaders, generating trust and collaboration
Understanding of risk assessment, mitigation, employee communication and project management
Organization design, global perspective, roles, and responsibilities, how to make matrix work
Experience of working in boundary less environment using influence and distributed leadership
Managing network of relationships based on functional depth, business understanding, trust, and credibility
Large scale geographically dispersed execution, appreciation of cultural diversity, understanding of human resource management concepts
Looking for HR leaders from the Technology Service business who has managed at least mass of 4000-5000
HR Leaders from Tech business like - Application development, infra managed services, Intelligent Automation services
Can manage a large scale, rapidly changing technology environment
Understands Technology language, Skill taxonomy
Will be a blend of Offshore and Onshore covering India, UK, US, Israel regions
Managed stakeholder sitting across geography in a cohesive manner.
Non negotiables - Who understands commercials, independent thinker, detail orientation, Agility, Resilience

Should be flexible on work timings
