Job Description

1. Deliver a high level of customer service to all users and continuous communication. Primary IT support contact person for all divisions in the assigned country.
2. Assist with the audio and video operations for enabled meeting rooms. Provide technical expertise, guidance and advice to staff on all aspects of audio and video within the facility.
3. Answer support lines and log all support issues in tracking software (email, calls, etc.) and continuously update all action taken with user.
4. Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
5. Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
6. Provide PC, laptop and mobile device support for local and nearby remote offices. This includes hardware, software (custom & purchased) and network equipment.
7. Solve computer problems and apply computer technology to meet the needs of the business units. Run tests to diagnose problems, recommend solutions, and determine whether business
unit requirements have been met.
8. Recommended procedure modifications or improvements.
9. Assist with PC and other hardware deployment as necessary.
10. Support the Infrastructure and Applications teams as necessary in the deployment of new software or infrastructure changes.
