Requirements

  • 2-7 years experience in Recruitment & Recruitment Admin, Interview scheduling, Offer letter creation. Experience in managing requisitions, Conduct Sourcing, screening of profile, Intake discussion with hiring managers and interviewing candidates. Should have doneUS / Canada based recruitment.
  • Experience in managing requisitions, Conduct Sourcing, screening of profile, Intake discussion with hiring managers
  • Good oral and written communication skills. Should be able to converse with the candidates and explain the job roles to the candidates .
    Excellent customer service skills
