Process: US Non-voice Process Designation: Customer Care( Work From Home)
Representative (Chat & Email) Experience: Min 1 year exp
Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • End to End Customer Management and Order management

Mandatory Skills / Qualification:
-Fresher / Worked but not in a chat process - 10.5 k per month
-Experienced in Chat process -15.5 K per month
  • Exposure in chat & email process for international customers
  • Open to work 24 x 7 x 365 3. Multi-tasking is a must
  • Comprehension and written language expertise required
  • Preferably with 2-3 years of chat & email process working experience (1 year is a qualifier)
  • Good grammar
  • Typing speed - High (above 40 wpm) as you will be handling multiple screens and platforms when resolving callers query or requirement 8. Knowledge of US states and time zones is important
  • Good if you are aware of the various chains of markets etc that are operational in USA
  • Polite and empathetic, given the current scenario
  • Sound Knowledge of word, excel
  • Graduation from any field or 12th
  • Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work

Candidates will be required to be multi-tasker and patient, given the current global scenario when handling customer queries over chat and/or email
All qualified employees will also be reimbursed Rs. 500/- towards maintenance of their desktop/laptop and internet
The process is going to require about 100 joiners every week.
Since this is a work from operation, location of the candidate is not fixed. However, once the lockdown is over, they would either continue in WFH or have to join Noida / Kolkata office depending on their current location. No relocation allowance will be paid.
