Responsibilities and Duties -
-Review the Job Description, understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement to be delivered.
-Experienced in Requirement qualification, Sourcing candidates using multiple channels like Existing internal Resume Databases, US job portals like Monster, Dice, Career-builder, Linked-In, Tech-fetch, etc....
-Create detailed Job description & Identify strong candidates via various sources of job postings, social media campaigns, networking, and phone calls.
-Reviews, Reformat and presents resumes meeting client Expectation for further scrutiny or consideration.
-Identifying right fit through Resume Evaluation, Phone screening and interviewing potential or prospective candidates for contract & administering the test to Assess applicants relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies.
-Educate candidate on PATTERNS process.
-Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
-Build a strong candidate relationship & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
-Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements, Extend offer, facilitate the placement of candidates.
-Must have knowledge USA Compensation and Benefits, USA Time zones (EST, PST, CST, MST), USA Geography, USA most common work Visa types ( OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD, TN, H1B), USA Tax Term (W2, 1099 & C2C).
