Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be responsible for handling the full cycle of bench sales recruitment. i.e from sourcing job requirements from prime vendors, vendors, clients to submitting the bench consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants at best deals
  • Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly
  • Candidate has to maintain good Database & rapport with prime vendors, vendors, and clients
  • Job Portal searches like dice, monster, career builder, tech fetch, indeed, LinkedIn, etc. and also other networking methods
  • He/she will be responsible for H1 transfers
  • Must-Have experience working with prime vendors
  • Ensure the target is met in terms of required submissions on a daily basis as well as the required number of placements.
  • Update daily Submissions reports, feedback and interview details in portal.

Required Candidate profile:

  • Should have minimum 3+ Years of Proven Experience in Bench sales
  • The candidate should have the ability to do H1 Transfers
  • Must have excellent communication skills (Both Oral & Written)
  • Must be willing to work in Night Shifts
  • Must be a good team player and result-driven
  • Well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants
  • Candidates should be flexible for the time and good at multitasking.
  • Candidates can work independently without close supervision.
  • Have leadership potential.
