JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ACADEMIC CONSULTANT:
Location: PAN India
• Candidates will contribute towards achieving Sales Target of the region & implementing sales promotional strategies of that particular region.
• Candidates will be given database and they have to do cold calling and setup meeting at students place.
• Candidate will be required to visit and arrange demonstration activities to customers places.
• Candidate must have excellent presentation skills.
• To prepare and plan and carry out extensive analysis on the assigned markets, meet students and nurture the accounts with a goal of student enrolment on our program.
• To implement feedback received on training program and co-coordinating with the training division for improvisation
Any graduates with minimum of 6mths to 8 years of experience.
Two wheeler/Laptop Mandatory
Good communication skills
Passionate about Sales
Open to Working on weekends (6 days working with Fixed Off on Wednesday)
Proven sales experience
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline managemen
Compensation: 2.4 to 4.5 lakhs/Annum + unlimited incentives + allowances
Mentor for B2C felid sales Direct Sales
Location – Mumbai , Bangalore
Desired Profile: -
• Candidates ONLY from the B2C/Individual Sales/Field Sales are eligible (No B2B/Corporate Sales or Institutional Sales)
• Any Graduate with Very Good communication skills
• (English, Hindi).In addition to this he should be well versed with the local area language
• Should be ready to work 6 days a week (Wednesday’s to Mondays) – Week Off on Tuesdays
• Ready to work in extended shifts or late evenings
Salary Fixed 5.0 – 7.0 Lakhs P. A
Fixed Retention bonus 1 Lakhs P.A.
Performance based Variables 2 Lakhs P.A.

Salary 5-7 Fixed Salary + variable + bonus.
