Job Description
Project Manager
Qualification: Bachelor degree in Horticulture/Agriculture/Agri-Engineering or equivalent
Experience: Should have minimum 7 years of work experience related to managing landscape and irrigation system projects.strong sense of responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring,
controlling and closure of the project.
Experienced in handling more than 70 employees
Should be fluent in oral and written English.
Age is not more than 45 years old

Diploma in related field with min 5 years experience in Landscape.
Will have knowledge of both the work processes of Architectural Works Inspector and also the use of CAD
systems used to manage documentation of the works.
Proficient keyboard skills and a working knowledge of MS Windows and related word processing, spreadsheet,
and database software are required.
Good written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability
to interact effectively with project personnel and management.

Able to do irrigation designs and shop drawings using Auto CAD or any drawing software.
Age not more than 50 years old

Landscape Engineer
Bachelor of Architecture
Autocad 2d,3rd, Revit, Sketch up, Ms office, Photoshop
4 to 5 years experience as a Landscape Engineer
Good knowledge on Landscape projects, estimation
Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates
Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures
Prepare graphic representations of proposed plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD)
software
Select appropriate materials for use in landscape designs
Analyze environmental reports on land conditions, such as drainage and energy usage

Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
Able to become familiar with industry standard inventory / Point of Sale software
Excellent knowledge of plant material including health, quality issues, disease and pests of landscape

Ability to operate in a stressful and fast-paced environment
Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner
Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks for various individuals
