Admin Manager & Supervisor JobSummary:
Maintain and file all records in a systematic manner.
Maintain office efficiency by arranging for necessary repairs
Distribute memos, notices etc.
Monitor and oversee to the general cleanliness of the office
Monitor office catering lunch management services to ensure Quality Quantity
Warmly greet visitors to our facility and direct them to appropriate section
Ensure Office Resources like PCs, Laptops, Printers are used effectively
Ensure Office is maintained Properly, Cleanly and Hygienically.
Ensure seating and infrastructure availability for all employees
Inspect and make sure electrical equipment are switched off by end of office hours
Enforce discipline order in terms of vehicle parking inside the campus
Monitor office security arrangements and take precautionary measures wherever required.
Distributing internal documents as wherever required
Schedule and book flights, hotels and make travel arrangements for employees.
Procurement and Proper management of office supplies and assets
Taking regular inventory of office supplies
Ordering office supplies when the inventory is running low
Maintaining office equipment including scanners, printers, and telephones
Coordinate meetings and functions for the office
Welcoming new joiners to the office and show them around so they can get acquainted with the workspace
Helping new hires complete the paperwork necessary to apply for benefits like health insurance etc. and introduce them to co-workers and management.
Coordinate the day s proceedings (food, snacks, gifts etc.) when clients and important guests visit the campus.
Maintain a repository of all important Documents Records for easy access (like Purchase Orders, Letters, Contracts, Financial statements etc.).
Diploma/ Degree required (in any field)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize works
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision

Housekeeping Supervisor & Manager JobSummary:

PUBLIC AREA

Check all public area against checklists and see that they meet the stipulated standard of cleanliness.
Remove furniture, curtains, furnishing and other fixtures, which require repairs, mending, spotting, washing, etc.
Maintain a regular and complete advance schedule program for renovating public areas after receiving the final concurrence of the Executive Housekeeper.
Initiate and follow-up maintenance orders for public areas/service areas.
Check and control equipment like vacuum cleaners, floor-scrubbing machines, floor polishing machine, etc.
Account for furniture movement, if any
Undertake decoration of public area for festivals or occasions.
Ensure adherence to that extra / spring cleaning schedule.
ROOMS / FLOORS

1. Assign duties to Service Assistants daily.

2. Inspect each room completed by Service Assistants according to specified checklist and ensure they meet the standards of the establishment in term of cleanliness, functional and aesthetic value.

3. Train Room Attendants for maximum productivity and standard of efficiency.

4. Check all service trolleys to ensure it is well stocked with linen and supplies as per standard layout.

5. Follow up on maintenance orders sent to Engineering. Sign for work completed.

6. Liaise with Housekeeping desk for the list of rooms that need to be cleared for sale.

7. Ensure timely clearance of room service trays from guest rooms and floors.

8. Check the serviceability of all housekeeping equipment on the floor.

9. Record and deposit Lost & Found items as per laid down norms.

Check and maintain par stock of linen and guest supplies and cleaning supplies in pantries and stores
