Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Manage large amounts of incoming
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Customer Support Executive Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
Computer skills.
HS Passed
Language - English

Fresher Salary 12500 NAPS without PF & ESIC + 500 broadband

Experience Salary (06 month BPO experience ) 19500 CTC + 500 broadband

For Kolkata resident candidate company will provide the system

For Outside of candidate required window 10 genuine operating system .
