-The Dynamics 365 CRM Functional tester position should have +3 years experience in roles of implementation specialist and functional flow of CRM.
-Contribute to the transfer of functional requirements to development and test teams.
-Stay abreast on updates and new releases in CRM technologies and able to educate end-users on CRM functions.
-Perform system integration or user acceptance testing
-Develop detailed software test plan document including scope, features to be tested, features not to be tested, Approach, -Test Deliverables, Test Environment, Estimate and Schedule, Roles and responsibilities etc. in Test Planning phase.
-Attending Daily stand up meetings to discuss about what we have done today, what we are going to do tomorrow and what are the impediments
- Create test cases using black box testing techniques including Equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis in Test Case Development phase.
- Create RTM (requirement traceability matrix) by mapping up of requirements with the test cases.
- Execute functional test cases including integration, system and acceptance and regression test cases in Test Case Execution phase
-Report issues, investigate the problems and escalate the issues as needed
- Performs complex bug verification, release testing.
- Perform retesting and regression testing for the bug fixes, change requirement, addition of new functionality.
