Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.
To identify business needs and deliver business value, responsible for P/L management, distribution management, setting s strategic product direction & drive business and with smooth and efficient process management skills.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities -  Financial planning with Finance team  Insurance income recon with partner’s finance team  Co-ordination with partner’s & partner’s finance team for timely accruing income  Preparing review decks, Tableau dashboards and documents on monthly basis  Planning strategies & defining process for driving the sales team  Business Issuance as per field call Center target  P & L Reporting  Managing call center and keeping track on the same.  Monitoring cancellations of both TB & ID  Building bridges for cross-sell business  Designing & defining targets and processes for Cashier vertical  Manpower management  Responsible for end to end process since the start for the process & manpower as well. 1. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end)  P&L – Strategies & management decisions  Partner tie ups and business decisions with the partner process & income  Process decisions and approvals  Process/system improvement related decision  Manpower related decisions 2. INTERACTIONS (Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job) Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work External Clients Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work Partner & stakeholders 3. Required Qualifications and Experience
* (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications • MBA/PGDM or Equivalent • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills • Should have meticulous approach to relationship management • Entrepreneurial orientation – end to end ownership for delivering capabilities. • Thorough understanding of P&L and product knowledge b) Work Experience • 4 to 5 years of total experience in relevant segment • Should have experience in business product roles • Ability to drive / work in cross functional teams.
