Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities -  Engage with internal stakeholders for requirement gathering for the Insurance Services Team  Understanding the business objective/ requirements and holistic analysis of the requirements considering existing functionality/functions to ensure project objective is achieved without breaking existing functionality/functions.  Prepare Business requirement document/user stories and provide an effective liaison between the Insurance Services and PMO & IT delivery team.  Evaluate requirement feasibility solution and efforts with IT.  Hands on experience on test scenario writing test case writing and user acceptance testing (functional testing).  Effective project tracking ensuring timely communication to internal and external stakeholders on project deliverables and prioritization.  Process re-engineering new projects and change management.  Identify new trends in market on insurance sourcing evaluate new technologies that can be leveraged for productivity increase & enrich customer experience.  Digital platform understanding website and mobile application.  Understanding of Salesforce Loan Management (FinnOne/pennant) Dialer API UI/UX insurance products and processes.  Understanding and experience on driving capability deliveries with BFL IT.  Fair understanding of payment and accounting process required.
Required Qualifications and Experience
*  4-6 years of experience in project management, business system analyst & software testing.  B.E./B.Tech/ BSE/ BCA/ MCA/ MBA or equivalent  Strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills  Strong interest in Process improvements, technology or digital systems.  Understanding and knowledge of Business Processes required for Insurance  Strong written and oral communication skills required along with the ability to tailor communication style to both technical and non-technical audiences.  Interest and passion to work on IT applications and projects which supports businesses.  Ability to take ownership and responsibility to delivery results in challenging situation.
