Job Description

IT Infrastructure domain (Compute, Storage, Data center, backup, cloud services etc), we are in need of senior resource to play an active role in the development of an organization's infrastructure strategy architecture, service delivery standards and best practices,to achieve the goal of IT infrastructure management to better effectiveness of IT processes, policies, data, human resources etc.

We are looking for passionate IT Infrastructure professionals who can drive the IT Infra posture roadmap. As a senior member of the corporate IT Infra team @Swiggy, you will be responsible for enabling and improving information security efficiency through strong Infra architecture principles. Successful candidates have strong experience in leading infrastructure security projects in large hybrid environment
What qualities are we looking for
lDeep industry experience and knowledge on various contact center tools
lMust have Experience and Knowledge Genesys
lExperience in implementing and maintaining UC infrastructures
lExperience in Windows & Linux systems administration
lStrong knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, SIP, RTP, and T1/E1
lUnderstanding and troubleshooting of Network/IT Infra.
lUnderstanding and troubleshooting various media devices/telephony
lKnowledge, hands on experience on different ticketing systems like Freshdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce
lEffective verbal and written communications Strong documenting and technical writing skills.
lDesigning and Implementation of IVR, CRM Integration would be an added advantage

What will you get to do here
. The role of a Service/UC Ops Engineer is to provide support and maintain the uptime of the UC technology solutions and services. . Ensures system performance, availability, and reliability of deployed technology and solutions. . Serves as an L1 point on technical problemsand support issues and provides problem diagnosis and solutions to UC team, End Users and Enable/provide logs to the OEMteam.Create, Maintain SOP's, Incident Tracker, Do a requirement gathering of CC based on the requirement and work with the UC App & L3team to solve.Ensures that required information and resolution is timely coordinated with appropriate internal functional areas. . The candidate will be a subject matter expert in one or more aspects of HelpDesk, Ticketing Systems, Telecommunications, and CTIconverged networks.
