TRAVEL SALES – US VOICE PROCESS.
Basic Requirement we need for this:
1. At least 1 yr exp. In Travel Sales Process – US PROCESS
2. We need knowledge of AMADEUS.
3. Excellent Comm. skills
4. Comfortable to work in NIGHT SHIFTS
• Handling any functions like Fare Construction / Fare Audit / Refunds / Ticketing.
• Experience of Amadeus / Sabre and World Span a Must.
• Maintain accuracy of Information given and documented.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures required.
• Voice profile handling Inbound CS & Sales Calls from US customers.
• Selling Air fare Packages to customers
• Handling Post Booking queries like seat assignment / baggage inquiries / date change / cancellations.
• First Call Resolution.
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Providing advice about visas or passports
• Managing Budgets
• Maintaining Statistical and Financial Records.
Job Specifications:
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Undergraduate/Graduate/Fresher’s can apply.
• Attention to detail.
• Should be flexible to work in NIGHT.
• Should have minimum experience of 1 year with International BPO.
• Should be flexible for Inbound Voice Process.
