Travel Executive - Grade 25
Experience: 1 to 5yrs
Roles & Responsibilities:
Meeting with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require. Providing clients with all pertinent documentation. Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork and ensuring that this is submitted on time. Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents. Compiling and Preparing data for senior Level Management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Travel Team in day to day operations
  • Assisting employees Visa appointments & Ticketing, Hotel arrangements etc.,
  • Coordinates travel arrangements prepare and distribute schedules for respective travel
  • Prepares, reconciles, and tracks reports through EXR & Spend Authorization system
  • Applies good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the goals of the area.
  • Data collation, Analysis preparing reports to senior level management.
  • Design/Format PowerPoint presentations & word process documents as per the guidelines using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
  • Must be an expert / advance working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel/Macro.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Should be creative enough to conceptualize new ideas in designing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ability to think and work independently while participating in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written) are required.
  • Should be open to take additional tasks
