Roles and Responsibilities
· Plans, conducts, coordinates and implements a comprehensive training program for new hires, existing staff and individuals who seek one-on-one assistance
· Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques
· Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
· Design effective training programs
· Conduct coaching, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
· Prepare instruction material such as module, summaries, videos etc.
· Support and mentor new employees
· Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
· Monitor employee performance and response to training
· Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
· Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
· Determine course content according to objectives
· Prepare training material for effective training delivery
· Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
Education & Experience
· 3+ years of experience in contact center.
· 2+ years of experience as a trainer in contact center (Customer sales and service training experience)
· Excellent communications & presentation skills (oral and written), as well as ability to motivate, teach and inspire staff
