  • Conduct Language & Soft Skills Training for a different verticals with layered competencies
  • Evaluating different audiences for language basis desired benchmarks
  • Conducting Hiring interventions from a Language and Competency perspective
  • Completing all administrative and data management for batches / evaluations conducted
  • Being calibrated on internal & inter-departmental linguistic, quality and operational benchmarks
  • Liaising with HR and Process Owners for batch requirements
  • Conducting TNI & TNA per guidelines
  • Conducting Refresher and Coaching sessions for linguistic and soft skills improvements
  • Creating training content (digital, media and print) per direction shared
  • Lending creative and efficiency output to the projects supported by the language department
  • Fact Checking and editing a wide variety of content for Language, Diction
