Job Description

We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive as a home based position to start immediately. We are looking for someone who has a Telesales experience and is comfortable doing cold calling.
Job Description:
Call prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
Influence customers to buy the company products and by following a prepared sales script to provide excellent service.
Action revival and recycle leads, obtain customer information and update request status.
Complete new lead requests by registering customers information in the lead form system & to assign it to the appropriate business units.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed on daily basis.
Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements & access insurance portal to check on the value.
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
Answer customers’ calls & ensure calling back missed and abandoned calls.
Support the unit manager in any additional assignments.
Skills and Background:
Proven experience in telemarketing representative, sales, customer service or relevant position.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Patient and able to handle customers rejection
Persistent and result oriented
Skilled on negotiation
Work Remotely: Yes
Hours: 51.5 hours per week
Rate: $408 monthly + incentives
Working Hours:
8:00 AM to 5:30 PM GST Sundays to Thursdays /9:00 AM to 6:30 PM GST Sundays to Thursdays
9:00 AM to 1:00 pm GST Saturdays

Technical requirements:
Laptop / Desktop with Camera (Core i5 10th or 11th gen, 6-8gb ram, 500gb - 1TB hard disk)
Noise Cancelling Headset (USB based headset)
Internet speed – at least 10mbps
Uninterrupted power supply
Quiet background
