Job Description

• Coordination with HR department for sales staff related activities.
• Proper Management of various Files, documents.
• Assist the preparation and organizing of promotional campaign and events.
• Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
• Maintain the relationship with channel partners.
• Follow up any quotations for clients, negotiating terms with the client.
• Regular follow up with the team for outstanding payments and if required with the clients too.
• Analyze the performance of the team and buyers.
• Schedule in-house and external meetings.
• Supervise efficient office administrative policies and procedures.
• Co-ordinate with internal departments Accounts, Management for sharing information.
• Reporting the entire sales activities to sales head.
• Co-ordinating with the existing outlets of the GYM for operational related matters.
• Maintaining MIS.
• Responsible for new franchisees and provides training and information on the business policies and procedures.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications/Skills :-

• Graduate (with prior calling experience) in any field from a recognized University can apply.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mind & attention to detail.
• Knowledge of GYM Brands would be preferred.
• Offer of employment with GYM is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
• Fluent in English & Hindi Should be able to work with a Team. * Good at Computers. *
