Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties
• Assisting in Tie up with Hospitals/Hotels/Medicine dealers/Travel Agencies etc
• Assisting in Patient servicing, coordinating with hospitals/Hotels etc
• Managing incoming and outgoing calls and patient service inquiries
• Sending mails, messages to patients /databases as and when required.
• Assistance in social media marketing
• Able to maintain database and create MIS as may be required by the management from time to time


Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Good communication skills in English, Bengali & Hindi
• Bengali is a must to liaison with the patients from Bangladesh
• Knowledge of MS Office, Internet Surfing
• Should have good Public Relation skills.
• Should be able to work in a team environment.
People who have worked with a Medical tourism company/ Public Relations in Hospital/ Diagnostic clinics would be preferred.
