As a Technology Business Analyst, you'll be an integral part of the Network Services Automation team based in Pune. We are a new team with seriously big ambitions. You'll help us achieve our goal of network automation which will allow faster time to market, reduce operational costs andincrease productivity.

Your key responsibilities - Staying up to date on the latest process and technology advancements to automate and modernise DBs systems.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Performing requirements analysis and documenting the outcomes.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Working closely with project stakeholders, product owners and management.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements and prioritising accordingly.
Your skills and experience- Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- 8+ years in a technology-driven role.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Attention to detail and methodical approach.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Demonstrable experience of leading and supporting successful projects.
- Experience working with requirements and issues management tools like Jira, Jama etc.
- Previous working knowledge of GCP or ServiceNow would be an advantage.
