Technical support/Customer support opening in a leading MNC ITES/BPO for voice/chat,email support
Location: Millennium Tower, Brook Field - Whitefield
Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities: Providing inbound voice support/Chat,Email support to customers related to technical issues
Qualification: Any Undergraduate/Graduate/Postgraduates/Masters can apply
Work Exp: Minimum 1 Year and above exp in Technical support/Custromer support.
Excellent english communication required both verbal and written.
5 days working with 2 week off's
Should be flexible with night shifts and rotational shifts
