RM for US will work in 2 shifts:Shift 1. 9 pm to 6:30 am (Female employees can use ola corporate for drop In this shift)Shift 2. 1:00 am 10:00 am (No female employee will be hired for this role)*All Sales & RM employees to work every day 9 hour shift including weekends. Work Days:Employees will get one day off during weekdays either on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. (Usually decided in advance while preparing roster) CTC: (factors considered for ctc offered: last drawn, sales experience, communication)
Max fixed ctc offered 9LPA + incentives (potential incentives 100% of ctc)Added advantage for US shift employees is that the incentives are calculated on sales price in Dollars and hence the incentive amount multiplies. The potential incentive increase by atleast 50% amount for a similar sale target in India.Incentives are calculated and paid on weekly basis
Max ctc offered 4.5 LPA + incentives Most important selection criteria in all roles (non-negotiable):Excellent communication (Evaluated on Grammar, Articulation, fluency & pronunciation)Clear SpeechPassionate about Sales / passionate to serve customers for RM roleHigh Energy & confidence (candidates who have fire in belly to make the most of every opportunity) This role is combination of RM and basic tech support: Candidate should have experience as a RM and basic knowledge of trouble shooting and tech support. This is required as parents come with basic queries on issues with signing /logging in for class or connectivity issues during class.
